Holiday parks typically offer licences for specific periods. When you purchase a holiday home caravan, we provide a 15-year term (25 years for lodges). However, with holiday home ownership, licence expiry doesn't automatically mean departure. Providing you continue meeting licence conditions, we can extend your agreement at no additional cost.
